Form submissions are stored in a secured Google Sheet accessible only to Perkins Consulting Group Inc. Google's infrastructure is governed by their own privacy and security policies. No personal information is stored on third-party marketing platforms, CRMs, or databases beyond this.

5. How long we keep your information

Personal information submitted through the contact form is retained for a period of two years from the date of submission, or until you request its deletion, whichever comes first. If an engagement relationship develops, relevant information may be retained for the duration of that relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes.

Your information is accessible only to principals of Perkins Consulting Group Inc. It is not sold, licensed, or shared with third parties. In the event that contractors or advisors are engaged who require access to contact records, they will be bound by confidentiality obligations consistent with this policy.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
